Ms. Neely has 20 years experience in Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, Training, Sales/Marketing and P&L, including leadership communication and strategic planning. Before starting NeelyThere Corporation in August 2007, Ms. Neely served as Director of Operations for GUTTERMONSTER, LLC, a Chicago start-up manufacturing company, responsible for developing, managing and executing all internal and external communications strategies, internal processes and procedures and dealer development program for a national and online customer base. In addition, Ms. Neely incorporated a comprehensive Human Resources and Training Department into an existing 25-year-old sales and install company, and served on the due diligence board during the acquisition of SCE Unlimited, Inc. In 2004, Ms. Neely became the first Midwest Human Resources Manager for Masco Contractor Services. Ms. Neely is an active volunteer for various community activities and a member of several networking groups. Ms. Neely is a 1988 graduate of Clarion University in Clarion, Pa., where she received a bachelor of science degree in education.

Bob Kozak is a proven leader with 22 year of executive and managerial experience delivering comprehensive and progressive results by aligning business strategies with business process and technology solutions. Bob successfully helped organizations drive results through his leadership facilitation (Strategy), business program management (Planning) and project perspective (Execution). He has functioned in Business and IT management roles for the Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, Insurance and Education industries.
Bob directed the Grainger’s e-business leadership team and resided on two other corporate leadership groups, Customer Service and Information technology, ensuring e-Business business and technology strategies were consistent across all sales channels and compliant with systems processes and technology.
Bob’s leadership of the cross-functional e-business team helped grow revenues 17%, $500 million to $800 million, during 2004-2006. In 2000, he led Grainger’s e-business Information Technology development of Grainger.com’s new release 2.0, the base of system is now generating $1.6 billion annually. Bob and his team developed a high powered work system resulting in a self managed 72 resource IT department , working collaboratively with key business functions, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service, delivering website product content, feature, and functionality every two weeks without missing a release date during a 5 year period. Under Bob’s leadership his team kept the Grainger Online store open, website availability 24 by 7 for 2+ years without downtime allowing customers to confidently purchase from Grainger day or night. Bob and his management team extensively utilized talent management processes to ensure marketability of resources to maximize employee retention, 99% over 7 year period, and 15 resources promoted to higher positions within the Grainger corporate organization. Through his talent management process and commitment to equal opportunity Bob was selected to be a diversity coach for Grainger. This honor was bestowed upon Bob as result of having a balanced management team of women and men along with an overall balance of diversity within his department.
Recently, Bob performed various consulting services that included leading a cross functional team to implement web-site performance improvements to drive sales(Sigma Aldrich), implementing an e-Procurement system for 38 packaging plants to avoid $1 million in computer hosting charges (Altivity Packaging), vendor sourcing selection for Graphic Packaging International’s purchasing department, saving $1.5 million annually, and providing coaching to all engagement resources ensuring knowledge transfer of organizational and operational requirements and procedures leaving clients and key stakeholders with the ability to self manage the agreed upon solutions.
